Unleashing Potential: Empowering Young Minds at Dodi International School with Ultra Education

Exciting news from Ultra Education’s recent milestone achievement with Dodi International School in Ghana! Despite the geographical distance, last Friday, May 10th, 2024, marked a significant moment as we conducted our first-ever international CPD training session online for three passionate staff members. Together, we explored how to deliver our dynamic entrepreneurship programme to their students.

But what made this day even more special? None other than Principal Kali Dodi herself joined in on the action! Her engagement underscored Dodi International’s commitment to fostering innovation and empowerment among their students, even in the virtual realm.

Adding to the richness of the session, our CEO, Julian Hall, joined to meet the teachers, providing a comprehensive overview of the history of Ultra Education and the passion driving our mission.

But the excitement didn’t stop there. Our longstanding facilitators and entrepreneurs, Vicky Osei and Sam Appiah, who hail from Ghana, were able to contribute in a unique way. Their diverse backgrounds allowed for a deep understanding of the environment in which these students live, enhancing the relevance and impact of our training.

Why Ghana? Well, the answer lies in its vibrant, youthful population—a demographic hungry for new ideas and opportunities. Recent data reveals that the largest age group in Ghana falls within the 0-14 years bracket. Dodi International’s proactive approach to investing in this generation speaks volumes about their forward-thinking vision.

What’s next for Dodi International? Brace yourselves for the launch of Ultra Education’s entrepreneurship programme integrated into their curriculum. We can’t wait to witness the birth of innovative ideas and the emergence of young business leaders. And who knows? With such promising talent on the rise, could a youth business fair be on the horizon for Ghana? The million-dollar question awaits its answer.

“Entrepreneurship isn’t just about creating businesses; it’s about instilling a mindset of resilience, innovation, and opportunity in the hearts of children and young people, empowering them to shape their own destinies and transform their communities.” – Julian Hall, CEO of Ultra Education

Stay tuned as we embark on this exhilarating journey of empowerment and discovery with Dodi International. Together, we’re shaping a future where young minds dare to dream and redefine the possibilities of entrepreneurship—no matter the distance.
