Last week, Ultra Education CIC launched the first session of our Youth Business Bootcamp in Haringey 🚀✨
And what a start it was 🙌
At Rising Green Youth Hub in Wood Green, we welcomed young people ready to explore business, build confidence and start turning their ideas into something real 💡
This is not a classroom-style programme 🧠
It is a practical, hands-on and interactive space where young people aged 12 to 18 can develop entrepreneurial skills, strengthen their mindset and begin building businesses with purpose 📈
From the very first session, the energy in the room was strong ⚡
Young people arrived with curiosity, creativity and openness, and it was brilliant to see them getting involved, sharing ideas and engaging with the opportunity ahead 🗣️
Over the next 12 weeks, they will be developing real skills that go far beyond business alone 🎯
They will explore:
💼 How to turn an idea into a real business
🏷️ Branding, pricing and selling
💰 Profit, costs and smart money decisions
🎤 Confidence, leadership and pitching
🚀 How entrepreneurs think, adapt and take action
What stood out most in the first session was the potential in the room 🌟
There was excitement, ambition and a real willingness to learn. It was a reminder that when young people are given the right environment, they rise to it.
In the coming weeks, we are also excited to welcome some incredible guest speakers who will share their journeys, insights and honest advice with the group 🎙️✨ Their stories and experience will bring even more inspiration to the programme and help young people see what is possible for their own futures.
By the end of the bootcamp, these young people will not only understand entrepreneurship more deeply, but will also be working towards creating a startup of their own 🔥
We are so proud of the strong start this group has made already, and we cannot wait to see how they grow over the coming weeks 💫
