Lauryn Shortlisted for BBC Radio’s Make A Difference Award
Lauryn (lauryn.thatsme) has been shortlisted for the BBC Radio Make A Difference Award 2025 in The Young Award category! This award recognises young people under 16 who have had a positive impact on their community or achieved something truly exceptional. The award ceremony is happening on 24th September 2025 at the BBC Radio Theatre in central London.
Lauryn’s impact is undeniable, using her talents to create change. From writing her book and sharing it with the world, to speaking up for Black representation, single parenting, and the power of embracing your authentic self.
Charles Gordon Trust Community Excellence Awards Nominees
We also have a group of incredible young entrepreneurs who have been nominated for the Charles Gordon Trust Community Excellence Awards. These awards, taking place on October 11, 2025 at Grand Sapphire, celebrate individuals who strive for greatness, inspire kindness, and empower others.
