We are committed to providing a safe, youth-only space where young people can access skills development, positive experiences, and supplementary education to help them achieve their potential and increase their aspirations. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Code of Conduct

• Participants are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly at all times.
• Bullying, harassment, discrimination, or any form of inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
• Participants must follow the instructions of staff and adhere to the rules of the facility.
• Any damage to property or equipment caused by a participant must be reported immediately and may result in the participant being held responsible for repair or replacement costs.

Safety and Security

• We are committed to providing a safe environment for all participants.
• Participants must report any safety concerns or incidents to staff immediately.
• Unauthorized persons are not allowed in the youth-only space.
• Participants must not bring any prohibited items, including weapons, drugs, or alcohol, into the facility.

Programs and Activities

• We offer a range of programs and activities designed to support skills development, provide positive experiences, and offer supplementary education.
• Participants are encouraged to engage fully in the programs and activities provided.
• We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or suspend any program or activity at our discretion.

Privacy and Confidentiality

• We respect the privacy of all participants and are committed to protecting their personal information.
• Personal information collected during registration and participation will be used solely for the purposes of providing our services.
• We will not share personal information with third parties without the consent of the participant or their parent/guardian, except as required by law.

Limitation of Liability

• We strive to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants; however, we are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during participation in our programs and activities.
• Participants engage in our programs and activities at their own risk.

Termination

• We reserve the right to terminate the participation of any individual who violates these terms and conditions.
• Participants or their guardians may terminate their participation at any time by notifying us in writing.

Amendments

• We may amend these terms and conditions from time to time. Participants will be notified of any significant changes.
• Continued participation in our programs and activities after any amendments indicates acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.
