Ultra Education CIC is a community-centred charity founded in 2014. Honoured with the prestigious Founders Unite Award 2023, we are recognised at grass-roots level and beyond for our outstanding efforts in breaking down systemic barriers for young entrepreneurs from Black, Asian, and other minority ethnic communities.

We target African, Caribbean, refugee, and migrant young people, specifically those who are not engaging in education, training or employment – including those who have been excluded from school.

Every year, we positively impact the lives of 5000 children, young people, and families through a diverse array of innovative, culturally enriching services. 

Collaborating with partners from various sectors including statutory, community, arts, heritage, corporate, and grant-making trusts and foundations, we strive to harness top-tier resources, knowledge, and support to empower under-served and marginalised communities.
