Windrush Compensation Advocacy Scheme

We are proud to announce that Ultra Education CIC has been awarded funding from the Windrush Compensation Advocacy Support Fund (WCASF). This dedicated fund has been established by the Home Office to ensure that victims of the Windrush scandal can access the support they need to navigate the Windrush Compensation Scheme (WCS) and receive the justice and compensation they are rightfully owed.

The process of applying for compensation can be complex and emotionally challenging. Our goal, through the support of the WCASF, is to provide you with a trusted, culturally sensitive environment where you can safely share your story and receive dedicated, personalised advocacy.

How We Can Help You

As an organisation funded by the WCASF, we are here to break down the barriers to accessing the Windrush Compensation Scheme.

Our trained advocates offer free, confidential, and culturally aware support, which includes:

  • Telling Your Story: Helping you to articulate your experiences and the full impact of the scandal on your life, ensuring your application accurately reflects your losses.

  • Evidence Gathering: Providing practical help to identify, locate, and compile the necessary documentation and evidence to support your claim.

  • Navigating the Process: Guiding you through every step of the WCS application, making the process as clear and stress-free as possible.

  • Signposting: Connecting you with other essential services and support, such as legal or well-being resources, where needed.

We are committed to helping you submit a comprehensive and successful claim, ensuring your voice is heard throughout the process.
