This company taught my daughter entrepreneurship at 12 and now she has the confidence at 14 to be opening up her own crystal shop !! She’s done a plan , inventory , marketing strategy , projections , forecasts and a cost spreadsheet - things that would have taken years to learn . As a secondary school teacher , this is a HUGE gap in our education sector as it’s just not taught . Thanks to Julian and his team ( special shout out to Chey) , children are becoming independent quicker and more fundamentally , are grasping business concepts at an age where they are sponges and are motivated to take action.I can’t recommend this company and what they do enough .In this world where there are no guarantees with formal education , in fact the only certainty being debt , this allows our children to access a new way of determining and controlling their own future and showing them that it is possible and it can be done

What an amazing event, proving a platform for young entrepreneurs to showcase their business products and services. We need more organisations like ultra education
Ultra education is a fantastic organisation that puts young people first. Its a credit to know us youth have an organisation that supports young people and we need more in this society. They put on fantastic events for young people to sell at and put on amazing workshops to help young people develop and grow their business.In the run up to their winter business fair, they ran weekly workshops on zoom to help us all in different ways prepare for the business fair which helped massively. They are always supportive and even after their fair they have stayed in contact with us to keep offering us amazing opportunities.

All of there programes and events are amazing unforgettable experiences for people of all ages to provide them with amazing opportunities and always creates a joyful experience and sense of community.
Some children find education a challenge which often leads to disengagement. This impacts their life chances and creates barriers to employment.
Ultra Education CIC has solutions that have helped many such children find new confidence and aspirations, leading to positive re-engagement. We do this by introducing an imaginative and academically grounded set of interventions based on entrepreneurship which gives such children an alternative perspective and connects them with skills and aptitudes they had not been aware of.
We continue working with various teams and professionals across different Local Authorities such as the Virtual School, Accelerated Support, Family Solution, Fostering, and Youth Offending Services Teams, in using entrepreneurship to improve the life chances and opportunities open to children who have engaged in our various programmes.

Youth Voice in Action: A Year of Impact from Our Youth Advisory Board
Over the last 12 months, Ultra Education’s Youth Advisory Board has played a critical role in shaping our work. Made up of 15 alumni aged 12–19 from London, Birmingham, Liverpool, Leeds, and Manchester, the Board exists to ensure that young people are not simply consulted, but actively influence decisions that affect them. Kids Entrepreneurship Club comes to Southall
“It was the only thing the kids talked about over dinner, which is unheard of in our house and shows how keen they are to continue.” Parent feedback At the end of last year, we launched a 12-week Kids Entrepreneurship Club in Southall creating a dedicated space for young people to explore ideas, build confidence, and develop early enterprise skills.
