Ultra Education is an award-winning Social Enterprise focused on helping all children to be
able to fulfil their life potential. Ultra Education does this by ensuring all children have
access to the personal development and employment opportunities available through
entrepreneurship. We deliver programs funded by State and Academy School Groups, Local
Councils, Housing Associations and Youth groups.

We teach young people about entrepreneurship in an innovative and engaging way, preparing them for the future of self-employment and employment. We have grown significantly in the last year and are looking to extend our reach into our well-established markets.

JOB TITLE Delivery and Operations Manager, Ultra Education

ACCOUNTABLE TO Chief Executive Officer
HOURS OF WORK Full time or possibly 0.8 Full Time for the right candidate who need to fit around family commitments.

SALARY Up to £27,000, depending on experience, with a possible performance related bonus.

OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB Manage the quality and delivery of Ultra Education’s customer commitments and its’ operational business resources.

What you will be doing.

You will manage the delivery of our award-winning programs through our Delivery
Associates and Volunteers. This includes accepting, scheduling and ensuring delivery of all
Ultra Education’s customer projects and events to time and budget.

You will ensure that all Ultra Education programmes are delivered by our associates across London and beyond, with a high level of quality and customer satisfaction. At Ultra, led by our inspirational
founder and leader Julian Hall, Social Impact is significant and you will ensure Impact
measurements are taken by each Associate and recorded properly.

Managing our resource for invoicing and receipt of payment is an essential part of your responsibilities. We operate from our base in NW6 but all of our team use the latest communication tools to enable
remote working.

Your experience and credentials
Experience in delivery management including scheduling, project planning and cost
management is essential. You will have good problem solving, influencing and relationship
building skills. You will be able to work in an independent and highly motivated manner to
achieve agreed objectives and delivery targets within a rapidly evolving social enterprise
environment.

You must be well organised and able to prioritise your own workload and
show a high level of competence in Microsoft and Google Office tools.

You must be able to relate to people from a variety of backgrounds and
have awareness, understanding and commitment to Equal Opportunity principles and to
working in a culturally appropriate manner. There will be occasional times when you will
need to work out of the 9-5 hours as part of the role, but home or remote working is
available.

Previous experience managing or co-ordinating the delivery of training and consultative
engagements will be a strong advantage. Your experience of social impact measurement
and reporting and of developing, implementing and/or running of customer satisfaction
surveys will ensure success in the role, as will an understanding of the principles of good
quality assessment and management.
