Facilitators (part time)

Ultra Education C.I.C is an award winning social enterprise and the UK’s #1 provider of entrepreneurial education in schools and clubs. We believe that all children and young people regardless of background or social standing should have access to essential entrepreneurial education.

We are looking for  experienced Facilitators to assume responsibility for the day to day running of major projects for our organisation. You will also have significant involvement in the scoping and planning of other projects supporting young people so, it is imperative that you are comfortable taking the initiative working on your own and also alongside other internal and external teams. You must be a leader who is able to help others at ULTRA deliver measurable, social impact that makes the vision a reality.

Additionally, this role will be working on a project specifically in the Caribbean community with a focus on children and therefore lived or professional experience is essential.


  • Support children in learning new things about a specific group of subjects within the curriculum.

  • Planning, preparing and delivering lessons

  • Producing reports

  • Available to teach weekdays, weekends and evenings

  • Applying the most up-to-date teaching methods.

  • Taking part in opportunities to boost your own learning 

  • Attending and taking part in staff meetings to support the smooth running of delivery

  • Collaborating with Schools and other organizations. Parents, careers, guardians, and support workers


  • The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience working with children and/or young people.
  • Teaching background.
  • Interest and experience (desirable) in business and entrepreneurship 

Key Qualifications

Formal qualification in Teaching/Facilitation and/or a substantial track record of Teaching/Facilitation in social enterprise organisations delivering learning or other skills.
